DescriptionSilver-plated brass (body), sterling-silver bell with gold-plated interior and gilded engraving highlights, mother-of-pearl finger buttons, low-pitch insert slide with stop nut for quick-change to A, main tuning slide at first bow, three Périnet valves (1, ½, 1½), bottom-sprung, alignment by one key on crystal silver pistons, single water keys with octagonal heads at main tuning slide and third valve slide, trigger with adjustable pull ring at third valve double slide, windway 3-2-1.

This King Liberty model Art-Déco-style trumpet with anglar bell rim and braces was owned around 1941 by Raymond Niebes (1892-1970), Mentor, Ohio, who studied trumpet at Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio.
