DescriptionCow horn, naturally curved, integral mouthpiece, three fingerholes.
Similar instruments could be made of goat’s horn (pukinsarvi) or cow horn (lehmänsarvi). Characteristics of both varieties are the short curved form and wide-conical bore, determined by the natural material, and the finger-holes.
