One-piece resin design, leather covered, curved to the right, octagonal, diamond decoration, six fingerholes and thumbhole.
This instrument is a free copy of a typical Italian curved cornetto from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. The mark with cross in circle is that of Christopher Monk (1921-1991). Economically-produced resin copies of this type contributed significantly to the revival of the cornetto.
