Original black wooden case with leather interior; three tuning shanks (one original), three crooks, and one coupler.
This highly decorative cornet à pistons was sold by the little-known dealer Harteman in Paris. Decoration features commonly found on cornet à pistons by A. G. Guichard suggest that it was made in the Guichard workshop in Paris.
