DescriptionPeg-head: 8 metal pegs with white plastic/celluloid heads attached with nickel fittings. 2 steel strings, 6 brass wound strings.
Neck: one piece with peg-head. plastic/celluloid triangle on back where neck meets body.
Fret-board: plastic/celluloid nut, separate piece but finished to look like part of the neck. 20 metal frets. Mother-of-pearl inlay dots in frets 5, 7, 10, 12, 15. Single dots in 5 and 12, double dots in 7, 10, and 15. Fingerboard tapers to the treble side above the sound-hole.
Front: One-piece, edged with white plastic/celluloid. Sound-hole design of white plastic/celluloid, parallelograms in orange and yellow with a black background. Pick-guard with tortoise-shell inlay of flowers and leaves. Wooden bridge, plastic/celluloid lined top. Metal tailpiece. See Attachment I.
Back: One-piece, edged with white plastic/celluloid.
Sides: 4 large pieces, 2 small pieces which raise sides to meet neck.
