DescriptionGreen enamel (external tube); silver (mouthpiece, internal tube, bell, and ferrules); repoussé or cast and engraved sea-monster’s head bell. The cylindrical enamel tube encloses a slightly conical silver tube that starts very narrow at the mouthpiece throat, and becomes slightly wider at the bell. The outside of the main tubing is divided in six segments by seven ferrules with engraved wavy patterns and alternating turquoise and coral inlay. Fixed cup-shaped mouthpiece.
