DescriptionBrass; five short conical tube segments with overlapping joints, and moderately flaring bell; garland with serrated edge; bell rim with narrow brass strip with raised dots.

Unusual method of construction and crudely executed work. Possibly made by an amateur in France for stage plays or historical parades.
