ProvenancePurchased in 1992 from Barry Bauguess, New Bern, North Carolina, who played it with Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra (San Francisco), The Boston Early Music Festival Orchestra, Concert Royal (New York), The Grande Bande (New York), and City Musick (Chicago). Also used for a recording of G. F. Handel’s Israel in Egypt on Newport Classics.
