Back: two-piece, quarter-cut maple: plain; some spalting
Ribs: quarter-cut maple: plain; rib corners rounded
Head and neck: maple: faint, very narrow curl; pegbox with shoulders, inside of pegbox stained dark brown; varnish removed from neck after application
Edging: scooped close to edge, forming ridge; varnish removed from edges after application
Purfling: very wide center strip
Varnish: medium orange spray varnish; shaded
Fingerboard: black-stained dark brown hardwood; angled at C-string position
Nut: dark brown hardwood
Tailpiece: black-stained hardwood; saddle does not fully extend to edge
