DescriptionWood, carved with a knife, top with a man upside down, two animal heads (a monster and a snake) and two crocodiles on the sides; round mouthhole.
This is the most ghastly scene found on these side-blown war trumpets. It depicts the frightening confrontation of a human with wild animals and evil spirits. A man is threatened by two crocodiles and a devil's or monster's head, while holding onto a snake's head with his hands and feet.
