Fretboard: integral with neck; 12 brass frets (the 12th fret slightly behind joint with neck; white painted dots behind 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 10th frets

Bridge: birch; integral saddle; rounded upper edge
Tuners: three dark-brown-stained birch
Rosette: soundhole edge painted white in imitation of binding
Finish: green paint with white-painted imitation bindings, and scene of palm trees and two people in a canoe spray-painted in red and silver through stencil on lower bouts of top
