According to Margaret Downie Banks' Conn organ research, the 628 Rhapsody model was introduced in the fall of 1969 and sold until ca. 1976. Catalog description: Two, 61-note manuals and 25-note pedalboard featuring 20 speaking voices, including chimes, as well as separate tone generators for each pitch; Chorus Control*; and electronic tremolo. In 1973, this model was provided with the One-Man Band*. Furnished in walnut or mahogany finishes and available with or without a locking fallboard. Dimensions: 40" high, 27 1/8" deep, 52 1/8" wide. Approximately 3,100 units of this model were forecast to be sold between 1973-1976
