Description4 sections: barrel, upper body joint, lower body joint, and bell. Has additional barrel. Grenadilla wood body with nickel-silver ferrules and keywork. Boehm system with 19 keys and 7 rings. Articulated g-sharp'' key. Forked b-flat''. Patented "jump" side keys. Left hand a-flat/e-flat'' touchpiece. "Bob Lowry" register key: touchpiece is much larger than usual and curves to fit above the thumb ring. Features US patent #1,926,489, issued in 1933 to Leon Leblanc, and US patent D185985, issued in 1959 to Robert E. Lowry.
