DescriptionLothar Meisel notes that there is faulty biographical information for Dotschkail in the Grunke bow book. His given name is Reinhold, not Rudolf, and that he lived in Eltersdorf, near Erlangen, not in Erlangen. He was also born in Schönbach (Luby), Czechoslovakia, not in Graslitz (Kraslice). According to Meisel, Dotschkail died while renovating a bathroom in his home, when his masonry drill struck both an electric line and a water pipe at the same time.
