Description4 sections: barrel, top joint, bottom, bell that is not original. "Albert" system; 13 touchpieces, 5 rings; wood body parts; ebonite or plastic bell; nickel-silver keys, rings, ferrules; has rollers for little finger keys; has patent C-sharp; has elegant curved keywork typical of many Penzel-Mueller clarinets. Gustave Prueffer was president of Penzel and Mueller from ca 1920 until succeeded by own manufacturing company ca. 1942 named Prueffer Mfg. Co.
