Boehm system; silver-plated brass body and keys, rings; single-wall construction; has a tunable barrel with double-wall so acts as tuning slide with top tenon of body; makes use of US Patent 1,200,578 issued Oct. 10, 1916 for forked E-flat/B-flat device (which this clarinet has).
