DescriptionKing/White built two very different cornet/trumpet models with the name “Master Model.” One was without and one with quick-change from B-flat to C and slide change to A. While the former is characterized by a very wide first bow, the latter has an s-shaped leadpipe arrangement with the quick-change in the middle. This instrument follows the design of the former, which is distinguishable from the patented quick change nut following the tuning slide.

Brass; with silver-plated, satin finish. Burnished points. Gold wash bell interior. Three, top-sprung Perinet piston valves. Mother-of-pearl touchpieces. Quick-change pushrod.
