DescriptionCombination of valve and slide trombone. Valve section can be operated independently or in combination with the slide. 3 sections: slide, valve, and bell. Brass (previously silver-plated). Three long and slender Périnet piston valves. No main tuning slide on bell. Each valve has its own tuning slide.
It is likely that these special combination vale and slide trombones were made for only a few years, before being phased out altogether. They were never featured in catalogs. Fewer than five are known to survive.
