DescriptionThis Hagström Viking body was sent to James D'Aquisto during the development of the Hagström Jimmy model, which debuted in 1969. It had a neck on it at one point, but does not appear to have ever had a tailpiece or bridge, so it was an unfinished instrument for D'Aquisto to take apart and examine in the development of his own design for Hagström to manufacture. It was acquired as part of the D'Aqusito workshop items still in the possession of the D'Aquisto family until these materials were acquired by the NMM in 2007.Double cutaway, thin-line hollow body electric guitar
