SignedStamped: C / CAHUSAC / 196 (very faint) / STRAND (very faint) / LONDONDescriptionOne-piece body of light-colored wood, with modern-reproduction brass ferrules. Cylindrical bore. Tapered profile with light swell just before embouchure, and fingerholes of uniform size. Round embouchure hole.
The ferrules on this fife are modern reproductions made by Steve Dillon, who made mostly copies of Cahusac fifes.
