DescriptionOrganette employing a pinned wooden cylinder, or cob, the pins directly activating hinged valve keys. Cob is turned by hand-cranked gearing, which also works the bellows.
Walnut case; painted gold stencils of flowers and medallions on top, sides,
front, and to right of keys. Glass hinged lid over cob and key area. Printed-paper directions underneath wood hinged lid on back of case top. Twenty metal keys.
Cobs 6.5 in. long.
