DescriptionA double-neck guitar; the two necks are joined at the pegbox. The bass neck is unfretted, and the pegbox contains six tuning peg in one row. The other neck once had 21 frets, now missing; the pegbox has three tuning pegs on either side. The strings and bridge are missing. Purfling can be seen around the rim of the belly, and also in two ribs which surround the soundholes. Marquetry in the shape of a fan appears at the bottom of the belly. The internal support consists of one vertical and three horizontal braces on the back, and three horizontal braces on the belly. The instrument has a two-piece back.
