DescriptionStained boxwood with ivory ring. Brass swallowtail key.
Sometimes referred to by his Latinized name, Joannes Hyacinthus comes from a family of prominent Flemish instrument makers, primarily woodwinds. According to Von Huene, Rottenburgh's instruments show excellent tonal charateristics and a perfection in scaling.
