Four tuning shanks for D in a1 = 435 Hz, 430 Hz, 428 Hz, and 420 Hz; three U-bows of various lengths, two lowering the pitch by a hole tone and a minor third; four crooks for 1-tone, 1-1/4 tones, 1-½ tones, and 2-tone pitch lowering; six yards with four-vent-hole system, stamped D 440, D 430, D 415, C 440, C 430, and C 415; two tuning bits.
This instrument is an uncompromising copy of a natural trumpet by Johann Leonhard Ehe III, Nuremberg 1746, at the Germanisches Nationalmuseum Nürnberg (MI 217). It has six alternative yards with English four-vent-hole system, and a set of tuning bits, shanks, and crooks for a multitude of pitches.
