Head and neck: maple: narrow curl; inside of pegbox stained dark brown; varnish sanded from neck and removed from scroll chamfers after application
Arching: low and flat
Varnish: medium orange
Fingerboard: black-stained dark tropical hardwood
Nut: ebony
Tailpiece: ebony; baroque model by Andrew Dipper; drilled string holes; no saddle; lower end with rounded outline and beveled upper face
