Description4 sections: barrel, top joint, bottom joint, bell. Simple system; 6 brass keys with round, flat covers, mounted in blocks, with springs attached to keys; boxwood body; ivory ferrules; sixth key is a A/B trill; cranked F-sharp/C-sharp in typical English style; wooden mouthpiece with long tenon; boxwood mouthpiece cap.
