DescriptionSilver-plated brass, bell-interior gold plated, mother-of-pearl inlay in finger buttons and lower valve caps, single loop, main tuning slide at first bow (alternatives for C and B-flat/A), three Périnet valves (1, ½, 1½), construction not yet determined (valve caps frozen), single water keys at C tuning slide, B-flat/A tuning slide (two), and third valve slides, trigger with pull ring at third valve slides, windway 3-2-1.
U-shaped main tuning slide for C; double-U-shaped main tuning slide for B-flat with rotary-valve quick-change to A; two complete sets of valve slides for C and B-flat; tuning bit for cornet mouthpiece; silver lyre; cleaning rod.

The 18B model was the low pitch version of an all-purpose trumpet with two sets of tuning slides for C and B-flat, a U-shaped C main tuning slide for vocal, piano or violin parts, and a double-U-shaped main tuning slide for B-flat with rotary-valve quick-change to A. It was produced between 1922 and 1935.
