With four off-key reeds, this miniature harmonica was produced as a keepsake, just as its model name suggests. According to Bates, unattributed examples like this were most often made in Japan during the mid-twentieth century. While Hohner and his contemporaries were manufacturing miniatures in Germany during this period, they were largely branded.
