DescriptionSilver-plated brass, satin finish, burnished highlights at signature, valve caps, finger buttons and valve slides (now showing brass, originally likely silver-plated), mother-of-pearl inlays at finger buttons, narrow single loop, H-shaped quick-change to A insert slide with stop rod, main tuning slide at first bow, three Périnet valves (1, ½, 1½), bottom-sprung, alignment by one key on nickel-plated brass pistons, single water key at main tuning slide, windway 3-2-1.
The “peashooter” trumpet design with long, slim body was popular in the late 1920s and early 1930s. M. Koriot appears to have been either a distributor or trade name of Bohland & Fuchs in Graslitz. These makers can be identified by the anchor sign on the second-valve casing.
