DescriptionBrass body, copper (Coprion) bell, mother-of-pearl finger buttons, double loop, main tuning slide at second bow, fixed leadpipe, three Périnet valves (1, ½, 1½), bottom-sprung, spring attached to bottom valve cap, alignment by key on pin head, long pin anchored to it, and fitting into bearing hole at piston; cork plug holds distance between pin head and piston, Clickless Crysteel pistons, single water keys (first bow, third-valve slide), windway 3-2-1.
This model was produced mainly in the 1940s and 1950s. Developed in 1938, the Coprion bell is an electrolytically formed, one-piece seamless bell. The valves are constructed according to US Patent 1,938,321 from December 5, 1933.
