DescriptionWooden casing shaped like a baseball bat, wooden comb, both varnished in a honey color. 2 reed plates with 5 brass reeds, 10 reeds. 5 holes, 2 reeds per hole (1 blow, 1 draw).

Babe's Musical Bat, novelty harmonica by F. A. Rauner. This tiny wooden bat has a rectangular slot through the thick end into which a 5-hole mini harmonica is inserted. Tied to the handle is the remnant of a red, white & blue ribbon. A great cross collectible, this harmonica was a souvenir of the 1927 World Series game between the Pirates and the Yankees. It was sold during games 3 and 4 of the Yankees shut-out of the Pirates.
