DescriptionChrome-plated brass, mother-or-pearl finger button, triple loop, main tuning slide at second bow, one Périnet valve parallel to bell, lowering the pitch by a fourth, bottom-sprung, single water keys at first bow and valve loop.

This instrument is listed in the Boosey & Hawkes instrument books as follows: LP Model 3125 Brass B&H Bugle, received June 15th, 1961, and charged out August 8, of the same year.

The design is modelled on the American bugle in 11-foot G with one valve (lowering the pitch by a fourth).
