DescriptionSilver-plated brass, mother-of-pearl finger buttons, double loop, tuning slide at second bow with thumb- and finger-piece (inner slides shortened and low-pitch option eliminated), removable leadpipe (shank), three Périnet valves (1, ½, 1½), top sprung, spring inside hollow stem, alignment by three unequal lugs on spring anchor plate, pistons nickel-plated brass, double water key (first and third bows), windway 3-2-1.

The main characteristic of the New York Wonder Model is that the third bow passes through the third valve loop, inspired by Antoine Courtois’ Arban model. The patent stamp on the second valve refers to US patent 343,888, although in this model the design is slighty altered with the second and first valves not being curved but straight.
