DescriptionBrass, horn bells (one functioning, two dummy bells).

Designed by Philippe Découflé, director of the ceremony for the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville, Savoie, France, and made by the artisans at the Milliens Workshop in Paris. The instrument is constructed from hunting horn segments (including all three bells), the Milliens workshop's primary output.
