DescriptionSilver-plated brass, burnished, mother-of-pearl finger buttons, single loop, tuning slide at bell with ligature screw, three Périnet valves (1, ½, 1½), top-sprung, spring inside hollow stem, alignment by two unequal plastic lugs on spring anchor plate, pistons nickel-plated brass, single water key at third valve slide, trigger finger hooks with screw stop at first and third valve slides, windway 3-2-1.
The G1L model is part of the Schilke “Tuning Bell” series and usually comes with two different bells for the keys of G and F. The present instrument survives with the G bell only.
