The ukulele has mako shark inlay, paying tribute to one of Hawaii's most famous animals.
Stringing: four nylon strings
Pickup: L. R. Baggs Five.O undersaddle piezoelectric with gunmetal-colored steel endpin jack plug, the volume knob mounted on inside of soundhole on bass side
Soundboard: two-piece, book-matched, quarter-cut koa with narrow, prominent curl descending from center joint, the grain converging in lower bout; two abalone sharks inlaid on upper bouts, one on bass side, one on treble side
Back: two-piece, book-matched, quarter-cut koa with narrow, prominent curl descending from center joint, the grain converging in lower bout; center strip of dark tropical hardwood, possibly eucalyptus robusta with open pores, the center strip extending into neck heel
Sides: two-piece, quarter-cut koa with prominent, narrow curl; bottom ribs divided by strip of light tropical hardwood, let into binding on top and bottom, ending in points
Head: mahogany veneered in ebony; integral with neck; inlaid with white abalone shark in green abalone disk, surrounded by white abalone ring; center upper portion of head a separate piece of mahogany let in
Neck: mahogany; integral with head; Spanish style heel
Heel cap: integral with back; lined on inside with light and dark tropical hardwood
Binding: dark tropical hardwood on top and back; green abalone trim on top only
Fretboard: ebony half-bound in dark brown tropical hardwood with open pores, possibly eucalyptus robusta; 19 nickel-silver T-frets; green abalone dots and side dots behind 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th, and 12th frets; small green abalone dot inlaid in white abalone dot behind 17th fret between bottom two strings

Bridge: ebony with bone saddle
Tuners: gold-plated Grover worm-gear tuners with black plastic heads
Rosette: green abalone, ebony, and white abalone rings, set in from edge
Finish: clear
Linings: light hardwood
Neck block: integral with neck; extended Spanish foot at both joints with top and back

Top braces: two softwood transverse braces with tapered ends above and below soundhole; three softwood fan braces with tapered ends, each cut through light hardwood bridge plate; all braces let into linings; hardwood veneer reinforcement on inside of top surrounding soundhole
Back braces: three softwood transverse braces with tapered ends, one each in upper, center and lower bouts, the ends let into lining; koa graft along center joint
