Description3 sections: barrel, one-piece body joint, and bell. Darkwood body with nickel-silver ferrules and keywork. Enhanced simple system with 15 salt-spoon keys and 6 rings, with both elements from Carte's (1858) and Pupeschi's (1892) systems. No thumb-hole for left hand, but open key operating tonehole on the front/side (also operated by each one of the first 3 rings; open B-flat). Alternate forked E-flat/B-flat with 3rd ring. Articulated C-sharp/G-sharp, which retains key position and touchpiece, and provides alternate fingering with 4th ring. Alternate key for low E/B for right hand little finger. Wrap-around-front register key. Little-finger rollers for left hand low E/B and low F-sharp/C-sharp touchpieces.
