Description4 sections: barrel, top joint, bottom joint, and bell. Darkwood body with nickel-silver ferrules and keywork. Heckel system with 15 keys (16 touchpieces) and 6 rings. Wrap-around-front register key with articulated vent hole on bottom by 3rd fingerhole. Additional C-sharp/G-sharp touchpiece for first finger of right hand. Alternate cross key for F/C. Two additional vent holes at 1st and 2nd rings. Nickel-silver bushing on thumb hole. Alternate lever for G-sharp/E-flat for left hand. Brille and cross B-flat/F key assembled on opposite sides. Vent on 5th ring. Articulated key for forked B-flat/F. Patented C-sharp mechanism. Little-finger rollers for left hand little finger low E/B and low F-sharp/C-sharp keys and right hand little finger keys. All socket joints are lined with nickel-silver.
