DescriptionBrass, German silver, single loop, telescopic tuning slide at leadpipe, three rotary valves (1, ½, 1½), three-point-wing device, one stop pin, clock-spring return.

Nikodemus Pechert established a workshop in the Viennese suburb Gumpendorf in 1862. From 1881, the firm is recorded as Nikodemus Pechert sen. & jun. This trumpet is based in principle on Leopold Uhlmann's long-model double-piston-valve trumpet design.
